Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI) reaffirms that the company will continue to operate all flights as normal.


Due to the announcement of curfew effective between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m. across Thailand, please be noted that the company will operate all flights as normal. Passengers are recommended to arrive at the airport 3 hours prior to the departure time and also prepare their travel documents in case of being inspected by officers during traveling to the airport.


For more convenience, THAI offers THAI m Check-in service (iCheck-in) via and check-in service via “THAI m Service” smart phone application. For domestic flights, passengers without luggage simply show mobile boarding pass at security check, boarding gate and cabin. Passengers with luggage, please drop luggage at Counter C15 prior to security check. For international flights, please check-in at Counter J1 and J2.

Suvarnabhumi Airport remains operational as normal and departure passengers who have to travel to the airport during curfew hours must show his/her passport and ticket at road check-points; and please prepare additional travel time to ensure that you do not miss your flight. 

Arrival passengers and airport officials wishing to travel into Bangkok during these hours must show his/her passport or airport identification card at check-points. 


All pick-up and drop-off vehicles must obtain a document from the Suvarnabhumi Airport Information Counters, located at Entrance 3 and 5 of the Departure Hall (4th Floor) or Entrance 3 of the Arrival Hall (2nd Floor) to verify that you have visited the airport during curfew hours. 


For any passengers who cannot find a mean of transport out of Suvarnabhumi Airport during curfew hours, may use the facilities available at CIP Lounges 1-4, located on the 3rd floor of the Passenger Terminal. 


Nevertheless, the Shuttle Bus service between Suvarnabhumi and Don Mueang International Airport is operating as usual. For further information, please call AOT Contact Center 1722 (24-hours).

Authorize to Reroute/Reissue ticket within its validity without fee and surcharges for any TG online passenger for sector to/from Thailand and beyond Thailand destinations. 

In case of difference in fare, the additional amount must be collected.

1. Refund for both Totally Unused and Partially Used Ticket

Ticket with NON-REF conditions remains Non-Refundable. 

Ticket with other conditions remains unchanged subject to the applied ticket conditions. 


THAI/ ThaiSmile Ticket issued in Thailand/Website On/Before 22MAY14 with travel period during 23MAY14-31MAY14

Totally unused ticket and partial used ticket : Authorize to change flight/date without fee at one time with following conditions.

1. Authorize to change date of travel within the same routing. The new travel date must commence on/before 30JUN14.

2. In case of round-trip ticket, the return flight must be completed within original ticket validity.

3. Domestic and international tickets with weekend/weekday application, the date change is permitted with originally ticketed fare without reservation fee. 

4. In case of difference in fare, the additional amount must be collected.
